We begin by going to a customers house, discussing the bathroom and then we come away and put a price together, if happy with the estimate the customer then gets in touch to book a slot with us. Once we have started the bathroom on average it takes approximately two weeks.
Our estimates will detail exactly what is included, it normally consists of labour and base materials. We do not include the price of other tradesmen or disposal of anything taken out of the house. We can however arrange a skip by request of the customer which we can then add onto the invoice at the end of the job.
We do not take deposits, we just request that if a customer needs to cancel / rearrange a job that we are given as much notice as possible.
If we are supplying a bathroom we will require payment for the items upon delivery, we then will request half payment half way through a job and then we politely request final balance to be paid within 24 hours of completion.

If you supply your own bathroom and need any help with choosing, we are happy to help via email or phone, however, if you do want us to come out to discuss anything, this would incur a call out fee (starting from £25) to cover time and expenses which can be discussed upon request.
If you choose to supply your own bathroom, and for any reason there is a delay, (ie, an item is damaged on arrival, or an item hasn't been delivered on time) and we have to arrange to come back outside of the allocated time slot, this can incur an additional charge for the extra time needed, as it can cause severe delays to other customers.
We do frequently supply bathrooms, if you are interested in us helping you, please ask for a brochure. You can then peruse at your leisure and once you have finished picking your bathroom you can just get in touch and let us know, from there we can order it for you. If you have any questions then please don't hesitate to get in touch. If we are supplying the bathroom and we haven't heard from you we will likely be in touch about 2 weeks before. If we are not supplying the bathroom it is likely we will just pop a message a day or two before starting to confirm times that we will be with you.
If you have any questions before we start we always encourage you to get in touch. We want to make your renovations as stress free as possible, so would always prefer for our customers to get in touch so we can alleviate any concerns straight away rather than dwell on it.
If you change your mind during a bathroom renovation and want to alter something, we do request that the customer let us know during the renovation as it is easier to change / rectify, rather than wait until the end when it can make it harder to change.
This is entirely down to customer preference, many jobs we will confirm the work we are going to carry out at the beginning, after this, we quite often get left to do the work. Many customers go to work, appointments and even on holiday! It is entirely down to what makes you comfortable.
No, we will lay carpet protector and dust sheets as required to protect your home. At the end of each day we make sure we tidy up so you don't have to deal with any mess left around.
